Refund / Cancellation Policy

The IDA Chittoor reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership of the association. If IDA Chittoor refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will not be offered a refund.

1. Membership Cancellation by Participant

1. Refunds will not be credited back to the attendee.
2. These policies apply to all IDA Chittoor memberships.

2. IDA Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Event Cancellation by Sponsor

   1. The IDA Chittoor reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
   2. If IDA Chittoor cancels an event, registrants will not be offered a refund.
   3. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

2. Registration Cancellation by Participant

   1. Refunds will not be credited back to the attendee.
   2. These policies apply to all IDA Chittoor Events.
